Glass to glass corner extensions
12–18 weeks on site
Prices as per Single Storey Extensions plus an additional £ 3,000 Fabulous frameless glazed corners combining a rear glazed wall and side returns to create one continuous wrap around glazed aspect.
WHAT WOULD MOVE THE PRICE
- Foundation ground conditions, ground levels, drainage diversions and existing foundation depth.
- Glazing specification changes — adding bifold doors, a rooflight or solar control glazing options.
- Non standard structural openings into the existing house
- Any kitchen, utility or bathroom fittings , uplifting standard finishes and landscaping works - specified separately.
- Any access or other working area restrictions.
