- Are the brochure prices real prices?
- Absolutely. Every option in the brochure carries a price based on a full service offering and standard build specification and also states what factors could impact that price.
- What is included in a brochure option price?
- Full bespoke design, planning consents, structural calculations, Building Control compliance, shell construction, plastering, electrics and decoration in line with the detailed specification.
- What is not included in the brochure price?
- Kitchen, utility, WC and bathroom fittings, any party wall awards, unforeseen ground conditions, significant drainage diversions, access issues, protracted planning consents and landscaping works.
- Can I change the specification of a brochure option?
- Every option is a starting point. Swap brick for render or timber cladding, upgrade to structural glazing, or change the footprint — we reprice it as a fixed sum before work starts.
